The original series is still the all time best, but GX came a close second for me and the cards where the best of all the ones up to date. Back then you still had to use tactics now it seems like you can already summon 20 monsters in turn 1.

Back when Yugioh was still fun. The game started to get boring the moment Shooting Quasar Dragon was made. Or was it Blazar? Everyone put that fucker on the board turn 1 and that was it. I'm not a fan of doing 20 special summons in one turn. I still played and still do, but after that it just got worse. And by now the game is broken. Link Spam everywhere. I miss GX and early 5Ds, when everything was not yet out of control.
